We decided to forgo the awards presentation this year because we did not receive many responses and had no recommendations in two of the four categories. Next year we will get the word out earlier and provide a longer response time in hopes of getting more participation.
The award categories are:
IFSEA Leadership Award– Managers or Supervisors who exhibit exceptional leadership in the Child Support Program.
IFSEA Outstanding Program Award– Teams, groups, or offices that display performance excellence, and/or innovation, of that have positively impacted the Child Support Program.
IFSEA Child Support Professional Award- Anyone who provides outstanding services (who are not supervisors or managers) in the Child Support Program.
IFSEA Jurist/Legal Award- Those who issue rulings or findings in Child Support cases, who handle Child Support matters in court, or who supervise those who do.
